Toshkent Ipoteka Markazi (TIM) is Uzbekistan’s first one-stop mortgage center. It opened on 10 August 2022 in Tashkent’s Yashnabad district, with the President of Uzbekistan attending. Developers and banks work side by side here: buyers see the capital’s housing under construction, compare mortgage terms and close the deal in one place. AHŞAP MOBİLYA manufactured and installed the center’s furniture: the TIM reception desk, house-shaped developer pavilions, consultant counters, the café and waiting areas, and the office floor — workstations, executive offices, meeting rooms with wall units, and storage cabinets.
